These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bricolat platform (the "Service"), operated by Bricolat SARL, a SARL company with share capital of 100,000 MAD, registered in Casablanca under number [•], having its registered office at Technopark, Route de Nouaceur, Casablanca ("Bricolat", "we", "us").

1. Purpose of the Service

Bricolat is a platform that connects:

• individuals or businesses looking for one-off services ("Clients")
• people offering services ("Providers")

Bricolat is not a party to the contract between Clients and Providers.

2. Access to the Service

The Service is reserved for persons who are of legal age and have capacity under Moroccan law.

3. Account creation

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your Account. Notify us at contact@bricolat.ma if unauthorized use is suspected.

4. Roles

Client: Publish honest Jobs, pay the Provider, leave fair reviews.

Provider: Provide accurate info, perform Services professionally, inform the Client.

5. Liability

We do not guarantee Provider skills or Client solvency. Bricolat is not liable for damages resulting from a Service.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca.
